You can trade flowers for scrap at the Ranch or Large Barn vendor, but the vendor only has so much scrap and you end up with a TON of flowers when growing them. But you can purchase items from the vendor to refill it's scrap, meaning you can turn your excess flowers into even more loot like sewing kits, roadsigns, which can then be recycled for cloth or high quality metal (HQM)!
