Once one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the world during the '80s and 90s for drug trafficking, guerrillas, gangs, and paramilitaries, changes are taking place. Comuna is still a "slum" - albeit filled with the poor struggling to get ahead but is possibly the most colorful slum you may ever visit.
