I like Kylie Jenner, I do. Out of all the Kardashian / Jenner clan I think she’s probably a sweetheart. I also think she’s been treated pretty unfairly by her family at points in her life, and I have a lot of empathy for that. HOWEVER. Kylie is also a woman who wields immense influence and power. She has hundreds of millions of followers worldwide who adore and look up to her. It’s also pretty clear that Kylie has undergone a huge physical transformation in a few short years. This is rarely natural, and in the case of Kylie, I have my doubts too. I think it’s pretty unfair for Kylie to basically insinuate that all she’s really had done to her appearance is lip filler. And that she didn’t suffer from any insecurity bar her lip insecurity. It does a disservice to her followers and further enhances these unrealistic beauty standards we’re all held to these days. Kylie, you’re amazing and have achieved so much, but please - don’t life. Honestly and openness will bring you nothing but more adoration and respect.
