Paul Rodgers === Free Spirit [ Full Concert ] ★ HQ ★

Paul Rodgers is a British rock vocalist and songwriter born in 1949 in England. He gained widespread fame as the frontman for several iconic rock bands and through his successful solo career. Rodgers first rose to prominence as the lead vocalist for the band Free, which formed in the late 1960s. Free achieved commercial success with songs like "All Right Now," showcasing Rodgers' powerful voice and songwriting abilities. The band's bluesy rock sound became a hallmark of the era. Following Free's dissolution in the early '70s, Rodgers co-founded the band Bad Company in 1973, where he continued to establish himself as a formidable rock singer. Bad Company became immensely popular, producing hits like "Feel Like Makin' Love" and "Can't Get Enough." The band's self-titled debut album was a massive success and solidified Rodgers' reputation as a rock vocalist. After his tenure with Bad Company, Rodgers collaborated with Jimmy Page, former Led Zeppelin guitarist, to form The Firm in the mid-1980s. The band released two albums and achieved moderate success. One of Rodgers' most notable collaborations came in the mid-2000s when he joined forces with the surviving members of Queen to tour and perform as Queen + Paul Rodgers. Although not a replacement for the late Freddie Mercury, Rodgers brought his unique style and voice to Queen's classic catalog, earning praise from fans and critics alike. In addition to his band involvements, Paul Rodgers has had a successful solo career, releasing albums that showcase his versatility and vocal prowess across various rock and blues styles. Throughout his career, Rodgers has been celebrated for his soulful, bluesy voice, his songwriting skills, and his ability to front multiple successful rock bands. He remains a revered figure in the history of rock music, known for his powerful performances and enduring contributions to the genre. The 16-song setlist recorded at a sold-out performance at London's Royal Albert Hall includes inspired performances of rock hits like “All Right Now,” “Wishing Well,” “Fire and Water,” and many deep tracks—some of which were never performed live by the original band, such as “Love You So” and “Catch a Train.” Tracklist : 1.
