First Citizens may double its book value for free in this SVB deal: Mark McQueen

Mark McQueen, former president and CEO of Wellington Financial LP, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss First Citizen's acquisition of Silicon Valley Bank. McQueen says that it's incredible that a family-started bank like First Citizen is able to buy a company like SVB and says that the company will have to fine-tune language as they work together with tech venture companies going forward. He gives his outlook for Canadian banks and says he does not see signals of the economy grinding to a halt, especially when looking at the banks.
