Confirmed Booking from Accredited Accommodation or Travel Agency (LIST: https://www.facebook.com/228996683843...) 2. GET A QR CODE FROM SAFEPASS (m.me/safepassportal) 3. GET TESTED a. Tourists from GCQ (including areas with restrictions): RT-PCR (Including saliva, such as the one being administered by the Philippine Red Cross) taken within 72 hours OR Rapid Antigen Test taken within 24 hours before arrival OR Rapid Antigen Test upon arrival in Ilocos Norte. b.
