I Trained Like "Captain America" For 30 Days (Chris Evans Workout)

I trained like Chris Evan’s Captain America for 30 days using the “Becoming Captain America” training programme, based off the program he used with his personal trainer Simon Waterson, which focuses on building muscle as fast as possible using weight lifting and a lean bulk diet. In this video I discuss Chris Evan’s workout and diet plan which he used to train for his role as Captain America. I created the plan using information from Chris Evan’s personal trainer Simon Waterson’s interviews on his workout routine, and added certain exercises which help to achieve Captain America’s athletic, built physique. Chris Evans had to gain weight and build muscle to play the role, all while maintaining the flexibility and mobility required to fight like Captain America. This is the premise of the “Becoming Captain America” training program, which combines compound movements with functional exercises in order to build muscle mass all while staying mobile enough to perform the advanced movements that Captain America can do.
