World Autism Awareness Day 2021 As a studio we are so honoured to have met a boy with autism who has taught us more about life than anything else in the world ever will, He has shown us that autism is like a rainbow, it a has bright side and a darker side, but every shade is important & beautiful, he was told he wouldn't, but he did. He was told he couldn't, but he can. He was told he won't, but he will, and that boy is Jack! We met Jack in 2014, as his sister was a member of House of Swag and he just came along to a competition to support her, but from the minute Jack stepped into the dance environment you could see the passion fill his eyes, he was moving and wiggling from start to finish, making up his own dances and starting battles with some of our highest level dancers at the time, he didn't care how good he was or what moves he was doing, he just wanted to dance. From that day Jack has grown not only into an amazing dancer but also a confident, dedicated, ambitious young man who amazes us every day, Jacks strength and courage to overcome the obstacles he faces daily, is inspiring to everyone who meets him. Jack has became such a huge part of our studio, surrounded by love and support, he has became so much more than just our student and someone we would class as a life long friend and our biggest inspiration to work with kids, he has shown us that anything is possible. Jack has decided to release this video for World Autism Awareness Day 2021 as he wants to share his story in his words to inspire others. Jack you have already inspired a whole studio full of students and teachers, we all love you and we are so proud of you every single day! Keep shining!
