Page One is one of the Tobiroppo, the strongest Shinuchi of the Beasts Pirates. He is the younger brother of fellow Tobiroppo Ulti. Kaido who knew the siblings' father, took the two in, having them join the Beasts Pirates. Ulti eventually stole two Devil Fruits from Kaidou to give to herself and Page One, allowing them to persevere in Kaidou's crew wherein only the strong can survive and the weak get devoured.
