If you're on a weight loss journey, counting your calories is an effective tactic you can use to achieve your weight loss goals. MyFitnessPal is a FREE calorie tracking app that you can download on most smartphones. In this video, I demonstrate how you can use this tool to make sure you're staying within your calorie budget, as well as show examples of what tracking looks like on a clean eating day vs. a junk food day. IMPORTANT NOTE I don't delve into macronutrients, which is also very important to consider when tracking your diet, but I will discuss that in greater detail in a future video. The video here is mostly for learning how to track food as well as count calories.
