Dr. Fairley was the leader of the ten person team that developed the software extension to the PMBOK® Guide – Fifth Edition over a period of two and one-half years. The team consisted of five members from the Project Management Institute and five from the IEEE Computer Society. The work was completed in June 2013; the document will be available in August-September 2013.
