This build focuses on ability haste, AD, and Health to scale and spam out Skarner's Q. Since it starts its cooldown from the moment you pick up a rock, you'll be able to manage very close to 100% uptime on your Q, allowing for a lot of attack speed, AoE damage, and you're kinda like old Skarner with a few fewer Q presses. Unlike Aatrox, I'm decently fond of this rework, though the question is whether I'm happier to ditch the Crystal Spires, or I'm happy for what the rework added.
