The ECFR Annual Council Meeting 2025 will take place on 27-28 June 2025 in Warsaw, Poland. The Annual Council Meeting (ACM) is ECFR’s flagship event, bringing together top policymakers, experts, and thought leaders to discuss the most pressing global challenges. This exclusive, invite-only gathering serves as a high-level platform for strategic dialogue on Europe’s role in the world, covering topics such as geopolitics, security, democracy, and economic shifts. This year’s ACM is a part of the official programme of the Polish EU Council presidency and discussions will focus on the overarching theme: “Europe’s political choices in an age of ambition” While some sessions will be held under Chatham House Rule to encourage open and candid discussions, plenary sessions will be livestreamed, offering a rare opportunity for a wider audience to gain insights from world-class speakers and decision-makers.
