Nope, this is just a hypothetical RotMG class that I designed and will likely not be added directly into the game. Does Deca know about this? Hopefully it inspires them creatively for any possible future classes, items, etc. that they make. How did you make this/how long did this take? This is made on the UGC testing server, where certain closed testers can experiment with and create whatever they want in the game. Everything you see was created in the span of 2 to 3 weeks. I only gave a very brief balancing pass to the items and instead focused more on the concepts of the class and its UTs.
