Capitol Reef National Park is one of Utah's Mighty Five National Parks. The park is the least visited of the five but it is well worth taking the time to explore. The park has many stunning natural features, like rock arches and multiple canyons. Plus, the park is full of history with the Fruita Historic District and the famous pies they sell at Gifford House. My dad and I spent one day in the park and loved getting to know a new part of Utah.
