I think this is a way for him to kind of, like, broaden that landscape and give people a different POV, through his words and through others'. Right? But having the ability to laugh at yourself says a lot about who you are. Not taking yourself tremendously too seriously says a lot about who you are, is what makes me respect him. I think it's more about the verbal jousting that's done in love. It's all done with the the mindset and concept, the fun attached to it. So it's not malicious. It's not intended to stay or to ultimately destroy. It's just to have a little momentarily impact. And then showing it to a stranger and you're like, I thought everyone would like this." (Reporter: Do you guys know Tom?) Kreischer: "No. Do you know Tom? No. No one knows Tom. Julian Edelman doesn't even have his number." Segura: "Yeah. His teammates barely know him. We just met him in the hallway and he didn't like us, so." (Reporter: Are you lying?) I mean, I think the difference is you have to remember that at a comedy roast, the root of it is love. You have to love the part like we admire and we celebrate Tom Brady. And whenever there's a roast, that's it. The rap beefs are not rooted in love. Drake and Kendrick Lamar do not love each other. I think they would be happy to see the other one crash and die in a fire. And that's why it's kind of fun to, you know, enjoy the writing. It's been a good time."
