Use this template - https://automate.io/bots/new-eventbri... Interested in automating even more Eventbrite and Google Sheets use-cases quickly? Check this page - https://automate.io/integration/event... Don’t have an Automate.io account? Create your free account here - https://automate.io/app/signup * Constantly exporting your Eventbrite attendees’ list to a Google spreadsheet manually can be a waste of time. You’ve got much more important things to do, like making your event a big success. Spend your efforts to make that happen and let Automate.io help you with the less important stuff. Automate.io is a simple tool that connects your favorite web apps and automates your tedious manual work so you can spend your time working on things that matter to you. To begin, visit the page above, click on this use case box and then the Get Started button. You will see the ‘Add Accounts’ screen. Here you will connect your Google Sheets & Eventbrite accounts to Automate.io. Now, let’s enter our account credentials. We always keep your data secure with bank-level encryption. Alright! Our apps are connected. Now, let’s build this automation, also called a Bot. First, let’s focus on Eventbrite. It is our trigger app, which starts our Bot. This Bot triggers every time there is a new registration in our selected event. By the way, Eventbrite has a lot more triggers that can come in handy for other use cases. So, don’t forget to check them out. Now, let’s move to Google Sheets. It’s the action app that performs our desired action. In this case, we want to add details in a new Google Sheets row for every new Eventbrite registration that comes in. And just like Eventbrite, there are a lot more actions that can come in handy for other use cases. So, make sure to check them out. Now, it’s time for mapping. These fields here are from the columns in your Google spreadsheet. If you have more columns, you can map your new registration to those fields as well. We’ve now set up our bot. Click Next. And test it out. Now, come back to your Automate.io dashboard. Alright, it looks good. Let’s check our Google spreadsheet. There you go! Your bot will now run in the background and do all the work for you. You don’t have to do it manually anymore. And remember, we’re available 24x5 on our in-app chat or email us at [email protected]. Don’t forget to subscribe to us. #EventbriteGoogleSheetsIntegration
