I have been living in my car for the past 6 months, while balancing my tech career in software engineering. I know my choice is controversial, but I wanted to test if living in a car is sustainable and if I can survive in a lifestyle that is far from the conventional idea. This is the first episode of this journey, where I want to show you why and how I embarked on this journey, offering some glimpses into my life: moving to a new city alone, living out of my car, balancing my tech career, etc. Initially, this experiment was just about practicality. However, it has helped me to understand and discover who I am and has led to profound self-growth. These six months feel like six years of life lessons, and I will gradually unfold all my learnings in my diaries. Initially, I wanted to directly post a day in my life/week in my life video, but I feel that with this episode, which is more like an intro to my journey, it will be easier to understand how I got here. I am still very nervous about sharing this raw version of myself online, but I hope my stories can inspire, challenge, and open up a dialogue about living differently.
