Use this template - https://automate.io/bots/turn-new-gra... Interested in automating even more Gravity Forms and Salesforce use-cases quickly? Check this page - https://automate.io/integration/gravi... Don’t have an Automate.io account? Create your free account here - https://automate.io/app/signup * Gravity Forms is a simple tool to create lead forms that you could use to gather info about prospective customers. If Salesforce is your goto CRM, you can add these entries as leads as and when they are submitted. However, instead of a manual import/export, let Automate.io do the job for you. It is a simple tool that connects your favorite web apps and automates your tedious manual work so you can spend your time working on things that matter to you. To begin, visit the page above, click on this use case box and then the Get Started button. You will see the ‘Add Accounts’ screen. Here you will connect your Salesforce & Gravity Forms accounts to Automate.io. Now, let’s enter our account credentials. We always keep your data secure with bank-level encryption. Alright! Our apps are connected. Now, let’s build this automation, also called a Bot. First, let’s focus on Gravity Forms. It is our trigger app, which starts our Bot. This Bot triggers every time there is a new submission in Gravity Forms. Now, let’s move to Salesforce. It’s the action app that performs our desired action. In this case, we want to create a lead on Salesforce for every new Gravity Forms submission. However, you can modify this Bot and save each new Gravity Forms submission as a contact instead, on Salesforce. And, there are a bunch of other actions in Salesforce that can come in handy for other use cases. Time to map the fields that we want. If your form has even more fields, you can map them to Salesforce to give out more details about each new lead. We’ve now set up our bot. Click Done. And, test it out. Now, come back to your Automate.io dashboard. Alright, it looks good. Let’s check our Salesforce. There you go! Your bot will now run in the background and do all the work for you. You don’t have to do it manually anymore. We’re available 24x5 on our in-app chat or email us at [email protected]. Don’t forget to subscribe to us. #GravityFormsSalesforceIntegration
