Food does impact your mood! Here's an idea of what I eat in a day with foods that can improve anxiety and depression. A diet for anxiety and depression is full of anti-inflammatory foods that are high in key nutrients that support brain health and mood. Recipes 👇 Feel Good Green Smoothie Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened nondairy milk 1 cup water 1/4 frozen banana 1/2 avocado 1 tbsp ground flax 1 serving vanilla protein powder 2 cups greens (watercress, mustard, beet, turnip, dandelion, spinach, chard, kale, etc.) ice Instructions: Add all ingredients to high speed blender. Blend to desired consistency and enjoy! Lemony Spiced Tuna Salad Ingredients 1 can wild skipjack tuna, drained 1/4 lemon, juiced 1 tbsp mayo (such as primal kitchen mayo) 1 tsp dijon mustard 1/4 tsp cumin pinch of salt and pepper 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Instructions: Flake the tuna into a small bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix to combine. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or enjoy immediately over greens like watercress, arugula, or spinach. Spaghetti with Clams: https://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes... Modifications: - I used cassava flour spaghetti by Jovial Foods.
