Breathtaking landscapes of Scotland, experienced on motorcycle, BMW GS Adventure in June 2023. Ride from Newcastle to Edinburgh, further north to Inverness over Cairngorms National Park and along east coast with stop to Whaligoe steps and Wick to John O'Groats. Stop to visit Culloden battlefield. Ride around Loch Ness, visit to Kelpies and watching Loch Fleet seals. NC500 ride to Durness with stunning views of north coast, including Duncansby stacks and Dunnet head. West coast motorcycle ride over Kylesku bridge, turning to Drumbeg, with a visit to Lochinver Larder for their world famous pies and riding along Wee mad road. Visiting Ardvreck castle on shores of Loch Assynt. Ullapool evening in local pub, then ride along west coast and climb to Applecross, stopping for a chat with Highland Coos, going over Baleach na Ba to Lochcarron and Plockton. Ride on Skye beneath Old man of Storr to Neist point and spending evening at Portree. Back on the mainland roads lead to Eilean Donan castle, famous Glenfinnan viaduct and Jacobite train. Turning to James Bond Skyfall road and then to Oban and their famous Seafood Hut, back to Newcastle taking ferry to Netherlands and riding back to Croatia.
