Practical Printing - Yet ANOTHER Machine Vise

In this episode of Practical Printing we take a look at the “Yet ANOTHER Machine Vise” by TheGoofy. Be sure to give him so love on Thingiverse! This is a long, but fun print that is very handy for little projects around the house. This was printed on Ozzy, a heavily modified gCreate gMax 1.0 printer. One thing I stress in the video is that while I have a VERY large print area at my disposal and could have printed a few of these simultaneously, I choose to break up prints like this into more bite size chucks. This way a failure on one component doesn’t potentially wreck the entire print. It’s also crucial that your printed is printing dimensionally accurate to be able to get the pins to fit in.
