Edit Shopify Product Data directly from Google Sheets

In this demo, we want to update the price for all variants that belong to a specific vendor. To do this, let us search for variants that contain the term Vendor ABC. On the Products sheet, we enter Vendor ABC in the search filter, and select action as Export from Shopify. The sheet then automatically loads all variants that are from vendor ABC. Now, we can update the price column and use drag & drop, to make these updates. To demonstrate the edit, before we save the edited price, let us head over to the Shopify product page, and do a quick check on what the price is. The price is currently 120, and it has not yet been updated. Now, we head back to our Google sheet, switch over to the status sheet, and select save changes to Shopify. The changes you have made will now be updated on Shopify, and depending on the number of changes, this could take a few minutes to update. Once done, if you head back to Shopify, and refresh the page, you can see that the price has been updated from 120 to 100. Next, we want to update the vendor’s name from vendor ABC to vendor PQR. To do this, we can update the products sheet, click on status sheet, and select save changes to Shopify. As you can see, these vendor names have been updated.
