Quick & Easy Bike Spoke Replacement if the Nipple is Still Good (Not the 'right' way)

This is a quick and easy way to replace a spoke. The correct way would be to remove the wheel, remove the tire, remove the tube, replace the nipple, thread the spoke, use a spoke tension tool to check the tension and true the wheel. This skips all of that and replaces the spoke in place and can be done 'out in the field'.
