The proliferation of people working on different types of devices has meant that we had to build a system that allowed people to do their annual reviews or update their objectives, wherever they happen to be at that point in time, and that meant that we had to create a system that works across multiple platforms. Perform takes away the impetus on the annual review and makes it more about consistent checking in and monitoring throughout the year by making that monitoring and checking in process unbelievably simple. Managers set however many objectives they need to do for an employee and between them, their team member and the manager they can keep track of those objectives throughout the year then it allows them to spend that time at their annual review setting their forward goals. What do they want to achieve in the next year because what's happened in the past has already been checked off. The employee can then update that objective as they go through and the manager will receive email notifications whenever there's an update to that objective. One of the key ways that Kallidus Perform helps managers keep track on what their team is doing is by as soon as they log in there is very easy link through to see their team and summarized in a kind of card fashion they can see each team member by name, you can see a picture of their team members and also a quick summary of how they're getting on with their objectives. If they want to go through and see a bit more about the detail of those objectives it's just a simple click or tap through to do that. So the system highlights employees who are perhaps behind on their objectives and allows a senior management team to speak to that manager find out just what's going on. It also provides the CEO that key overview of how everyone is performing. So when objectives are created it's easy to see whether they're aligned with the organization's objectives or not. I'd say that our ultimate goal with Kallidus Perform is making sure that annual reviews aren't about kind of form-filling exercise that might feel like a burden it's about having meaningful conversations throughout the year so that you're able to focus on what's coming than what's already happened.
