The video, a part of World History, explores the rapid Islamic conquest of the Iberian peninsula in early eighth century and then the gradual rise and the sudden fall of Cordoba and Hispanic Islam along with "The Cordoban Caliphate " and its impact in development of the specific muslim Mozarabic society widely affected by Arabs and Arabian culture. The Hispanic or Spanish Islam in its peak in the tenth century was special in character, famous for its individual identity and its pomp and show which still stands out in Cordoba as the "The Great Mosque" built by its first Emir, Abd-al Rahman-I and also deeply hidden in the ruins of "Medina-al-Zahara" the Heaven on Earth built, by The Great Abd-al Rahman III, "The First Caliph of Córdoban Caliphates". Further, it depict the birth of the christian resistance in the form of rise of Leon which was further matured in early Reconquista of Iberian Peninsula and also paved the path of birth of Spain and Portugal, the future driver of the World Economy and history.
