Tomasz has been involved in SIGGRAPH Conferences for many years as volunteer, presenter, jury member, chapters leader, and I’m also Chair of SIGGRAPH Asia 2019 that will be held in Brisbane, Australia. I work across academia and industry, and Courses at SIGGRAPH Asia conference is always very close to my heart – allowing me to learn new things in the area of computer graphics and interactive techniques. This year, for the Courses program, we have received 24 awesome submissions. At the moment, the Courses jury is working on selecting the best of them to be featured at SIGGRAPH Asia 2017 in Bangkok. This year, we are very happy with the diversity of the topics across the art, science, design, engineering, touching on big data, interactivity, and all of them are of high standard.
