If you scoped out only weed loots in the airfield, and a painting in the compound, this is entirely possible to get weed first and then painting to fill the bag to 100%, as long as there are two stacks of weed. From the first stack take exactly 9 "clicks" and from the second stack take exactly 4 "clicks". This works due to the odd nature of each "click" not looting the exact same capacity amount each time. Every click picks up a different amount of weed. Here is the amount of weed units that you pick up on each click from a stack: 75, 75, 60, 45, 30, 60, 90, 90, 120, 30 The bag capacity is 1800 units, so exactly 900 units would equal half the bag. And the only way to get exactly 900 units of weed with 2 stacks is: 75 + 75 + 60 + 45 + 30 + 60 + 90 + 90 + 120 = 705 units (From the first weed stack) 75 + 75 + 60 + 45 = 195 units (From the second weed stack) Which sums to exactly 900 units (Half the loot bag's capacity). After that, you're free to go grab the painting from the office in the compound and fill your loot bag with only weed and painting.
