Arguably their best known song (think it's a fight between Satisfaction vs Start Me Up on that) and a great example of lots of great rhythm guitar interplay between Keith and Ronnie Wood's parts throughout the song. I personally think that Ronnie Wood's parts get overlooked and if they are not there I think you miss it, so we'll devote time to his parts as we go through this. The lesson covers the three guitar parts you hear on the record, Keith's open G rhythm guitar, Ronnie's standard tuning parts that compliment what Keith is doing, and the overdubbed guitar leads that happen at 1:22 and at the outro. I'll walk through all of those parts. My hot take about the overdubbed guitar lead is that this is Keith and he is actually playing in Open F just for that overdub. Check out why I think that is the case.
