Towering over Desolation Wilderness lies a peak that is known as the only “alpine climb” in the Tahoe area - so we had to go check it out for ourselves. With many variations to get to the summit, it was that classic "choose your own adventure" type of rock climbing and it ended up being a perfect day spent in the mountains!
