Ever since I learned to use rice cooker to bake bread, I don't buy bread anymore. Making bread in rice cooker is so easy. Once you get the hang of it, you'll love baking bread using rice cooker. This rice cooker bread recipe is super easy to follow. The texture of this bread is soft and fluffy, it can be slightly chewy depending on the type of bread flour. The taste is neutral like sandwich bread. Definitely recommend using Japanese Bread Flour to get softer texture. Just to manage expectations, this bread is soft but not the kind of soft like milk bread. But its considered soft for bread without milk, no butter and no eggs!
