Control-IQ technology’s Exercise Activity is a feature created to help guard against low blood sugar during periods of physical activity. The values used when Exercise is enabled are narrower and higher to accommodate the likely natural drop in glucose levels during and following exercise. Control-IQ technology will increase insulin when it predicts glucose values will be greater than 8.9mmol/L and will deliver Automatic Correction Boluses when it predicts that glucose will be over 10mmol/L 30 minutes in the future as measured by CGM.
