Allowing us to take every food card gives us a huge reduction in customers (-15%x47, -30%x2, +15%, +30%x2, -25%x2 for having starters/desserts = 99.97% reduction). Not having to take customer cards means we don't have to deal with the rush cards, Herd Mentality, or Leisurely Eating. This setup (seed FTWP313S) uses display stands with Specials menus to influence orders (14 stands = 98.22% order influence) and metal tables to skip sides. Charming, Plant, and Calm Painting are used for the extra patience. There are a few more optimizations that could be made here but I figured OT400 was a good stopping point (ex. manually busing plates, finding a seed with a bigger dining room, or using a franchise with All You Can Eat/Double Helpings). Note: While this playthrough/run/seed should be possible without mods, I had to use one to bypass an issue with not being able to open all the dining table parcels that spawn at the end of the day.
