SSD Speed Test & Review - Sabrent Rocket 2TB NVMe M.2 - WATCH THIS VIDEO BEFORE YOU BUY ONE In this video I'm doing a speed test and a review of the Sabrent Rocket 2TB NVMe M.2 SSD. Although this video is typical of the videos I do for testing the speed of an SSD, both synthetic testing using CrystalDiskMark and also real world data dumps to see what the read and speeds are of any particular SSD. This particular video is also designed for me to show Sabrent the results that I'm getting. In my real world data copying examples for typical read and write speeds the Sabrent Rocket NVMe SSD is writing at almost a third of the 'up to' speeds that Sabrent publish for this drive and about half of the 'up to' write speeds that are published by Sabrent for the Rocket NVMe SSD. While I appreciate that Sabrent publish read and write speeds that are 'up to' a certain figure, at no point during my real world tests does the drive come anywhere near those speeds, not even momentarily or in short short bursts. I will be in touch with Sabrent with regard my tests and will do a video documenting the results of my communication with Sabrent and will rectify any of my findings accordingly, as there is always the possibility that I may have a defective drive that needs replacing.
