7th Umbral Calamity | Pre-A Realm Reborn | Final Fantasy XIV Lore

Seeing as this is my first video on this topic I assume introductions are due. Hello my name is Kairu. I've been a FFXIV player for a while but as a returning player something that I have struggled with is attempting to remember the game I once played so long ago. I decided that I would create lore videos to help other people who are in the same situation as me. At first I want to create a smooth chronological line explaining the lore in detail, explaining what happens from base A Realm Reborn to the latest patch of Shadowbringers. The goal is to get this all out prior to Endwalker's release but I am seeing that may not be possible. Its taken around 3 days to cut and edit this video. Either way I am having a lot of fun and learning lore that I didn't realise was mentioned this early on in the story that was such a crucial point in story later on. You miss so much on your initial play through as there tends to be a lot of time in between each main story release. It is worth revisiting as you end up forgetting the story and how it links together.
