How to prepare your tracks for mixing for professional results!

When it comes to mixing your music its all about accruing 1% gains in quality across every aspect of your mix. Preparing your session is incredibly important as it sets you up to help achieve these gains. Setting up your tracks for mix down the correct way, also helps you mix much more efficiently and can allow other engineers or producers to easily access and work on your session. This process can be applied to any DAW and any style of music. I am using Ableton Live, however you are welcome to use any DAW that you wish.
