Notes and recommendations on this transcription: This is an arrangement for a synth bassline, so there are a few things done to try and create more of a synth-like tone. To get as close as I could to the synth sound without effects, I played with my thumb an used palm-muting to deaden the sound. The strings are also flatwounds which helped reduce string noise. The fingerings were chosen to avoid moving between strings as much as possible, so that the tone quality of the notes would be more consistent overall. The notes are played very staccato on the keyboard so I have notated it mostly using 8th notes. However, there's a fair amount of sustain after the initial attack, so to replicate that on the bass you may need to hold the notes for longer or experiment with effects.
