While in prison, sole custody was awarded to Jeremey in the US yet the Israeli court system refuses to acknowledge the court order / Child Services recommendation of sole custody while the mothers in prison. Instead, the flawed court system has enabled Dana's Israeli parents to illegally keep the children from their legal father in Israel. Jeremey, an Iraq / Afghanistan war veteran who is used to overcoming obstacles, has spent the last year jumping through hoops trying to get his kids home to Oklahoma with no success while depleting his life savings. After 10 months of waiting, being denied entry into Israel to attend court, and unnecessary formalities an investigator reporter went live with the story on a local news channel which forced the courts to hear his case, and yet they are still denying the children to return home thanks to a "No Exit Order". In Israel, there are thousands of similar cases of kidnapped children that go unreported in a country that's legal system is still based on Babylonian laws that go back thousands of years.
