The first thing I go over is a VOD of mine where I clutch a 2v4, (pretty much a 1v4 because my teammate did absolutely nothing and sat on a doorway the entire time). I explain the thought process behind what I do in clutch situations, as well as my mindset going in. I talk about having a clear head, and a clear objective, not tunnel visioning. This is something a lot of bad players do in Rainbow Six Siege, and something you should avoid. The next thing I show is a made up example of a clutch situation where you are in a 1v3 on defense and the defuser is planted. I go over the ways you could go about winning the round but also the mindset of the enemy players and how to use it against them. Faking the defuse is a vital part of winning post-plant situations, and learning this can help you mind game enemy players in the future in any situation. The last thing I talk about is the two types of people in high pressure situations. People who are calm and calculated, and people who are hyper and get adrenaline. In Year 7 of Rainbow Six Siege, being focused and having a cool head is a good way to win rounds, but that doesn't mean that being hyper and having a lot of adrenaline is a bad thing, you just have to know how to use it. Keeping your adrenaline in a constant but controllable state through breathing, as apposed to just letting it hit you all at once, is a great way to use your adrenaline, as adrenaline helps you think and move a lot faster. So using it as a tool is genuinely viable as long as you keep it stable. Me as a player, I have a lot of adrenaline in high pressure situations but I also am very good as clutching rounds because I know how to use this burst of energy correctly. Clutching rounds is easily doable as long as you keep a clear head and you don't lose sight of your goal. . . . #rainbowsixsiege #rainbow6siege #r6s
