Summary Link: Create a query that returns a single aggregated value. 2. Summary Report: Generate reports containing a summary of aggregated data, grouped by specific fields. 3. Detail Report: Retrieve a detailed listing from your database into an Excel worksheet, with one row for each record. 4. Reference Link: Use this to return values of a single record, with a single formula outputting multiple data items. Next, we'll dive into the Recalculate tool, which allows you to update the query definitions with the most recent values from your data source and recalculate them to display the latest output.
