We show a custom solution to work around subfloor sewage pipes, a bathroom, and an adjoining crawl space. This basement crawl space combination needs pumping power to stay ahead of any storm, so we installed four sump pump stations with two three-quarter horsepower sump pumps each for a total of eight. All eight sump pumps discharge to a newly reconstructed town storm drain. We also create a customized approach to handling surface water entering through a clerestory window.
