Istanbul, Türkiye: Boat Ride up the Bosphorus Strait

A leisurely cruise in Istanbul, Türkiye, from Eminönü, in the Golden Horn, north to Anadolu Kavagi, overlooking the Black Sea. Our ride meanders along almost the entire length of the Bosphorus Strait, which separates Europe from Asia, connects the Sea of Marmara with the Black Sea, and divides Istanbul into two continents. Upon arrival in Anadolu Kavagi, I took a walk up to Yoros Castle, for a spectacular panoramic view of two continents, the Black Sea, and the Bosphorus. This public boat ride is known at the "Nostaligic Bosporus Cruise." It leaves at about 10:30 AM, and takes about two hours to arrive at Anadolu Kavagi. Passengers are then given a few hours to explore, and then the boat travels back to Eminönü, returning just before 5:00 pm.
