Hello so in this test I will compare the old Scania R730 to the old Volvo FH16 750. the Scania had the 730BHP and Volvo with 750BHP. Both had the equivalent 6 speed box. No modifications added. Disclaimer- Every effort was taken to make this test fair, however because of some circumstances the results may not be 100% accurate for example I was using a keyboard which could mean acceleration is not as fast as possibly pedals or a joystick, The road surface may not have been the exact same on each test, The gradient of any in climb or decline. Each truck was repeated twice one on camera one off, both times results were pretty much the same with new Scania being slower both times than the old one.
