Italian Meatloaf Patties: 2 lbs ground meat 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 3/4 cup ground oatmeal 1 tbsp oregano 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Slices of Mozzarella Marinara sauce as garnish Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties and place on greased baking pan. Bake 425 degrees 20 minutes.
