Take a look at the parts list and ensure you have all the items to build. 2. Please refer to the parts list in the manual. 3. Protect and place the car on a flat surface. 4. Thread the multiplug wire attached to the motor through the hole in the body of the car. 5. Line up the motor with the axle & the hole in the body of the car. 6. Insert the rear axle through the holes in the motor and the body of the car. 7. For the rear wheels, ensure the assembly order of the hardware is as follows - wheel - washer - & finally the nut. 8. Repeat the process on the other side. 9. For the front wheels, ensure the assembly order of the hardware is as follows - wheel - washer - & finally the nut. 10. Repeat the process on the other side. 11. Attach the front wheel trim to the relative gaps on the wheel. 12. Repeat the process on the other side. 13. Attach the rear wheel trim to the relative gaps on the wheel. 14. Repeat the process on the other side. 15. Connect the battery terminal multi-plug. 16. Once the battery terminals are connected, check to see if the car powers up. 17. Connect the steering wheel wire to the multiplug protruding from the steering console. 18. Ensure the wire is threaded back through the console once connected to prevent damage. 19. Attach the steering wheel to the steering rod. 20. Attach the front windshield to the relative gaps on the bonnet. 21. Secure it with screws. 22. Attach the front bonnet as shown. 23. Attach the front bumper to the relative gaps on the front of the car. 24. Secure it with screws. 25. Attach the backrest support to the relative gaps at the back of the car. 26. Secure it with screws. 27. Thread the wire attached to the light bar bracket through the hole above the rear wheel. 28. Attach the light bar bracket by pushing it into place until you hear a click. 29. Repeat the process on the other side. 30. Attach the light bar on one side by pushing into place until you hear a click. 31. Connect the light bar multiplug to the one protruding from the light bar bracket. 32. Attach the light bar on the other side by pushing into place until you hear a click. 33. Connect the multiplug from the light bar bracket to the one under the rear of the car. 34. Slide seat onto the brackets. 35. Secure the seat with screws on either side. 36. Attach the wing mirror by pushing into place until you hear a click. 37. Repeat the process on the other side. 38. Attach the spare wheel to the hole on the back of the car. 39. Attach the wheel badge stickers to the centre of the wheel trim. 40. Repeat process for all 4 wheels.
