(potential spoilers up to 3x07) This is where I'd generally put that one part of the song that made me chose it for this particular fandom, but let's be honest here, isn't this song just basically written for these two? I mean there are so many lyrics that go with their story perfectly, besides the really romantic ones obviously. But look at stuff like "you've been the only thing that's right in all I've done", which is basically how Nikita feels about Alex, especially after she ran away from Division; and then again "I can barely look at you, but every single time I do I know we'll make it anywhere" is once again really perfect imo, because whatever happens between them, even after Alex finds out about Nikita and she literally cannot even hold her gaze, when it comes down to it, they both put each other's life and safety before their own. Oh and "we're bound to be afraid, making up for all this mess" I don't know, it just reminds me of the end of season two, when they won the war against Percy but found themselves having to rebuild Division and having no idea where to start. And I think we all agree, whoever you ship or don't ship, at the end of the day, Alex and Nikita's relationship has always been and always will be the heart of the show. Though honestly I am a bit worried about them; I have been ever since our sadist friend Craig Silverstein hinted that Alex would join the dark side and Amanda later this season, which he did before season two even ended; but it's got me worried and that feeling has stayed with me. Honestly, it is only growing stronger, as if every episode is leading up to the moment where Alex will finally break and do something really bad. I don't know. I probably just read too much into everything because I am unhealthily obsessed with this show cough cough #sorrynotsorry About the video. Oh my gosh, this video. I have had this video on my computer since 3x03 aired basically. That episode was just so amazing, I opened vegas and made about ¾ of this video that same day. But then I could never bring myself to finish it. Partly because of the song; I mean, it is such a wonderful song obviously, but I wanted to find one that people wouldn't know and could fit these two perfectly. But then I thought, why should a great song that nobody knows be better than a great song that everybody knows, right? Then again I don't know, I was never really happy with this video. The coloring sucks but I couldn't change it.. I ended up making beats and pieces of it once in a while, never really giving up the project but never finishing it.
