OFFICIAL FB   / vibraphonerecords   Music Collective born during the dawn of the '90s, The True Underground Sound of Rome, through his London based label Vibraphone Records, has interpreted the native House verb of Chicago & Detroit according to a vision steeped in electronics destined then to mark history. Seven vinyl in which is contained all the visionary approach of these Romans producers and DJ’s able to create angelic melodies and rhythms that can penetrate the soul of all listeners. The True Underground Sound Of Rome are: STEFANO DI CARLO - One of the most appreciated producers and Djs in Rome, he collaborated with Giorgio Moroder, Gigi D'Agostino, Kenny Carpenter and Victor Simonelli, just to name a few. STEFANO CURTI - Music producer and multi-instrumentalist since the end of 70s, active in punk and electronic scene in Rome and London and manager of the cult independent video distribution label RAROVIDEO USA MAURO TANNINO - One of the first Djs to play and produce Chicago, Detroit and Techno in Rome, sadly passed away in 2000 for a parashooting accident MAURO RUVOLO - Eclectic artist, music producer, guitar player, appreciated video editor and filmmaker, manager of SCREEN LAB, video production and editing studio in Rome The original recording are now considered rare collector items and sought after pearls and they have raised the level of attention around these obscure artists which are now returning to the scene after a long pause. Revitalized by an increasingly new young audience interest this label has reached a cult status and it is now been re-launched via Juno Records. Vibraphone Records and The True Underground Sound of Rome are now coming back with their first reissue of the mythological "The Bermuda Triangle” EP a 2 X 12”EP containing the analog re-mastered version of the original 6 tracks first released in 1992 plus 2 new bonus tracks. Nick Anthony Simoncino is an Italian producer, Deejay and collector of vinyl for over eleven years and boasts a collection of over 10.000 vinyl records, mainly Chicago House, Techno Detroit and Garage 80's. Inspired by the sound of vintage synths and drum machines, he started to utilise them in his productions, debuting on Mathematics Records in 2009. He works regulary for labels such as: Creme Organization, L.I.E.S. ,Mathematics, Echovolt, Traveller, Thug, and many others. And has been remixed by legends such as Larry Heard, Chez Damier, Virgo Four, Gene Hunt, Ron Trent, Dream 2 Science. He has also worked with Legowelt, Robert Owens, Mark Rogers, Julian Jonah, Boyd Jarvis to name a few. In 2011 he founded his own Vinyl only label called HotMix Records and one sub label in 2012 called Hot Island Records and still finds the time to release two albums and more than 20 EP's in a few years and is currently working on some major projects and several collaborations.
