We're working hard to keep learning and improve our own understanding, but more importantly, to show our commitment through our actions. We are trusted around the world as both an authority on education and our association with the University, but also as a partner that really tries hard to understand the local context and co-create experiences for our learners. Learning is such a great leveller. It can help new generations escape poverty, improve the global mobility and social mobility and that's really close to my heart. Our exams and products really open doors and give learners opportunity around study, work, all aspects of life really. Our community is a place where everyone belongs. There's space here to find your potential and help others find theirs. We want to empower people here to challenge the status quo. You can be yourself at Cambridge every day. It's really an inclusive environment to work in. Cambridge embraces diversity, and we really want people to have a sense of belonging here. I consider myself a citizen of the world and it was really important for me to find a place where I feel like I belong. Wellbeing is really important and it's about creating that safe space, that inclusive environment. That's what makes us powerful and better than other organisations. We want to inspire unbounded exploration, knowing that there's always more to discover. Cambridge has supported my development by helping me to realise my true potential. The biggest sense of purpose is to be able to help mentor and learn from those people around me. Working here really helped me, kind of, really get back to the person who I was with my mental health. People support each other and empower each other to go further. I feel like I've grown as a person. Together we're taking our organisation further than ever before.
