Follow the onscreen instructions and voice over to navigate your way through the client. If for whatever reason you're unable to listen to the audio, you can follow the script below: 00:06 - 00:15 We recommend that you complete this on a regular basis as part of your own maintenance routine or if the summary reports an issue with the index or quota. 00:15 - 00:33 Firstly, click on the bottom right square located on the panel, labelled utilities. Then, select the backup set and destination of the issue from the drop down menus. Ensure run cyclic redundancy check is unticked, rebuild index is ticked and press start. 00:33 - 00:41 The time taken varies depending on how much data needed to be checked. Local integrity checks can be quicker than server integrity checks. 00:41 - 00:51 The findings will show the volume of data and if corrupted, the number of items and index broken data blocks.
