15 minute Chicken Breast that actually tastes good...

Are you fed up of a simple, boring pan fried chicken breast that turns out flavourless and as dry as the Sahara?? Well look no further. This is a go to chicken breast recipe of mine that is a family favourite and it is really easy to make. You can pair it with rice or mash or have it a delicious pasta dish - either way, it will deliver on flavour and it will NOT be dry if you follow my recipe. You will need: 1 chicken breast (washed and cleaned) * cut in half and flatten out with meat tenderiser or whatever you can find in your kitchen. Marinade with: 1 tsp all purpose (contains salt so do not add anymore) 1/2 black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder season both sides crumb: 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 1 tbsp chopped parsley 2 garlic cloves - chopped 5 -6 sprigs 1/4 tsp lemon zest 1/2 tsp black pepper add one egg to your chicken and coat chicken in egg then in breadcrumb mixture cook on a medium - high heat for 10 - 12 minutes depending on size and thickness of chicken breast or until cooked through. Serve and enjoy :)
